Dan Coombes
In my career, I've navigated a wide array of leadership roles, spanning Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, eventually leading global Leadership Development and Executive Coaching initiatives for over 22,000 employees at Monsanto. I've had the privilege of working with senior leaders in many public, private, and non-profit organizations around the globe and across multiple industries, mainly in agriculture, sporting goods, financial services, healthcare, and retail. My passion as a coach and consultant lies in helping leaders at all levels—whether in the C-suite or just starting out—to achieve their full potential and create lasting impact within their organizations. While my coaching covers a broad range of topics, my consulting work focuses primarily on building leadership effectiveness, enhancing team and organizational performance, and guiding organizations through major transformations.
Kevin Krosley
In one sense, my career journey has been extremely diverse – from a Ph.D. and post-doc in physical-organic chemistry, to 24 years and a dozen roles in executive leadership at Sigma-Aldrich and Merck KGaA, to six years as an executive pastor for a large church – I've had the opportunity to lead in many different contexts. While my journey has been diverse, it is grounded in three consistent themes: organizational improvement, developing leaders through collaboration, and partnering with others to create something new. It doesn’t surprise me that I find great joy in professional executive coaching. I’m passionate about enabling and equipping talented leaders to accomplish great things—for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
